Reef Al Ghadeer Clean & General Maintenance provides complete maintenance, renovation, repair and cleaning for villas, residential properties, commercial buildings and businesses in Al Ain.

We are a young company run by two engineers who are not. Between them, our General Manager and Operations Manager have fifty years in mechanical and civil building services, and that is what you are actually buying when you call us.

Mechanical Engineer. Priyesh holds a NEBOSH International Diploma in occupational health and safety and an OTHM Level 6 qualification, and is a qualified Lead Auditor. He has twenty years' experience in mechanical and building services.

In practice that means the person quoting your AC, HVAC or plumbing work is a mechanical engineer, not a salesperson relaying what a technician said. It also means our approach to site safety is built on a formal qualification rather than a line on a website — which matters more than it sounds when people are working at height, in confined spaces, or on live electrical systems in your home.

Civil Engineer with thirty years' experience in civil and building works. Abdul Jabar runs scheduling, site delivery and everything structural — civil repairs, blockwork, plaster, waterproofing, tiling, ceilings and finishes.

Thirty years of looking at buildings is mostly useful for one thing: knowing quickly whether a crack is cosmetic or something that needs an engineer's assessment before anyone fills it. We would rather tell you it is the second than take the easy job.

What we do

Complete property care under one contractor — air conditioning and HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, tiling, gypsum and ceilings, doors and locks, civil works, renovation, and professional cleaning.

The reason we run all of those trades rather than specialising in one: most maintenance problems cross trades. A leak is a plumbing job, then a ceiling job, then a painting job. With separate contractors that is three quotes, three visits and a conversation about whose responsibility the finish is. With us it is one quote and one company answerable for the result.

How we work

  1. 01

    We survey before we quote

    For anything beyond a simple callout, someone comes and looks. A quote given over the phone is a guess, and guesses get revised upward when the crew arrives — which is where most disputes in this industry start.

  2. 02

    The quote is what you pay

    It does not move unless the scope changes and you agree to the change. If we open something up and find a problem we could not have seen, we stop and tell you before continuing.

  3. 03

    We say no

    Because we are not selling a single service, we have no reason to recommend work you do not need. If your system needs a service rather than the deep clean you asked about, we will say so. That answer costs us a job today and is the reason people call again.

  4. 04

    We tell you what we cannot do

    Lift maintenance, central chiller plant, and anything requiring a licence we do not hold. A contractor who says yes to everything at the quoting stage says something different when the problem appears.

Working hours

Sunday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Saturday closed. Emergency callout operates 24 hours, seven days a week.
